Huawei pad

When I am in hospital I cannot access my sky go on my Samsung zflip5 or the Huawei frustrating

This does happen when in hospitals usually down to restrictions on the network so what error message are you seeing ?

The free NHS wifi does not alow streaming not sure if the paid tier does, you might have to use a mobile connection
