Help with Sky go please

I have downloaded Sky go to my mobile and chrome book.

Every time I go to use it I get the message

Your device needs to be authorised

How do I watch anything, I'm in hospital and going mad lol

If you are using a VPN it will need disabling before you can use Sky Go.
