Having trouble accessing the 6 month apple tv deal

I am having trouble accessing the free 6 month trail.

It can be found via the MySKy app that you can install on your mobile or iPad > Sky VIP > Giveaways.

I have been unable to access my 6 months Apple tv+ reward and my sky app has taken me off the normal route to get an answer. I am pretty sure that I have changed my username, ID and password and on Microsoft as well??? I'm totally confused and no further forward with my query

I'm just as confused by your post @Suscc because I have put how to find it in my post above yours so quite what you have been doing I wouldn't know so another way to claim it is by calling Sky which it looks like you will have to do.

I'm fed up enough without your condescending tone and I have tried everything you said as it's information sky provides or I would not have come here for advice. First and last time after hearing from you. Are you here to help or belittle people? You've certainly done the latter with me

I have given you help by suggesting you call Sky, I have no idea what is going on so this is all you can do.

Absolutely impossible. Two of us have tried everything to get our free apple tv not for the first time numerous times.By phone ,laptop and mains computor I surrender.Do sky do it on purpose so you can't  gain access? The only thing we havnt done is ring sky but we all know it takes an age.Really puts me off sky and maybe I should cancel and subscribe to apple for a fraction of the cost.

I've had no such problem with getting mine just clicked onto the link and put my apple

details in and worked fine. I did wonder if it was for new users but I assume that it's for existing accounts also.
