Hi all, I'm a new customer trying to use the Sky Go app on PS5 but gey the following error message.
"To use this service you need to accept the sky go terms & conditions. You can do this by signing into the sky go app on your phone or tablet."
I have the Sky Go app on my android phone that allows me to watch shows but it never gave the option to accept any T&C's. I can access and read them but no option to accept them.
Any help would be great, thank you!

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
