Hi Dan,

 

I'm glad your fix worked for many on this thread, but I'm afraid it didn't work for me - either on my iMac or MacBook. It's particularly strange as this was a new install on the iMac, so cannot be due to caching or legacy file issues..

Does not wok for everybody me included.

I have just reopened a complaint made last june (2024) 

The only solution being offered by SKY technical team is to uninstall and reinstall which does not work , I have been assused that my complaint will be escaclted to the technical team theis was by Britney at Manchester Sky Work ID BHG04 

When I pointed out that there are hundreds of entries on the community board she stated they only moderate the board. 

 

I am hoping that this post will be picked up by the moderators who will take the issue forward seriously to the APP developers who will re write the app for MAC/Macbooks so it [removed] well works
