Managing devices on skygo

Sky Go is only working on 1 device. It has stopped on my other 3 devices. I have deleted the app and reinstalled on those 3 devices but it's still not working. I have not maxed out the number of devices.

I am currently in Europe and am connected to VPN which I need to be in order for SkyGo to work. It is working fine on 1 device (my iPhone) but won't work on iPad or partners phone. I have exhausted my knowledge on this. Can anyone help please.

Unless you are a Sky Ireland customer then using Sky Go outside the UK will not usually work even if using a VPN as the app will detect when this is being used which might be what is happening on your 3 devices. You are probably fortunate it is working on the other one.

Thanks for the reply.

I have used it loads of times abroad previously and it has worked on all devices. Not sure I am that lucky!!! 🤣
