Error code 50-7 which stops me watching recordings with sky go on my iPad and iPhone. Was ok last week ???

Is this error appearing when you try to watch any recoding or just certain ones ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Still no answer from expert or sky problem ongoing if but resolved will cancel SKY as they are not supplying what should be

Not very helpful This is the second problem I've encountered with Sky and both times ended with no help what's so ever
