Unable to download recording to iPad

Can’t download recorded program on Sky q to to iPad as it says “this item has already been downloaded the maximum number of times" ? It's Celebrity Ep1 so never attempted

Probably a glitch or fault so leave it 24 hours to see if you can then download it to your iPad.
