Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTurn the Wi-Fi or data connection off on your device then delete the app and reboot your device. When it has loaded back up turn the Wi-Fi or data connection back on and install the app again.

I have the same message every time I try using sky go (error 3-22) I have tried all the suggested fixes cleared cache and data reinstalled the app rebooted my device and none have worked! Why is this still happening?

Have tried all the above, no joy! Would it be possible for a memeber of Sky to advise, as they must monitor the site!!!!

Tried above soln and STILL missing the US GP
Come on SKY..get this sorted...
Why is this app ALWAYS THE most oft uninstall re installed app.?
I just want to watch the GP before someone tells me the result(

1. Switch off Wi-Fi
2. Turn On Mobile Data
3. start Sky Go
4. Switch on Wifi
5. Switch Off Mobile Data

4. Start Sky Go
5. Start your channel

I am now getting this problem. It used to be fine but I uninstalled it to make space, now I've re installed it and keep getting this is no longer available error 3-22 on every channel I try to watch live

Is it because I'm using a sky mobile hotspot.? I noticed someone said to put mobile data off. All though it used to work with sky mobile
