sky go error code 1404
Hi, I have a macbook pro running macos sequoia 15.6. I have installed sky go app using rosetta 2, the app opens but when I try to watch on the computer I get sky q is currently unavailable with error code 1404. I have removed, rebooted and reinstalled. sky sports app is installed which when opened takes me to a login and plays with no problem. Appreciate any help with this frustrating problem.

Make sure you are logged in with the correct ID/email
Something else to try is to go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.

Thanks for your reply tried as you suggested, unfortunately still have the same problem.
