Download failed.

Cannot download the latest episodes of New Amsterdam from App to sky q box.

There is a fault with downloads to Sky Q and Sky+ boxes as per this:

We are aware that users may receive a technical error message when downloading some content on their Sky Q/HD boxes. We are investigating this issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Is it New Amersterdam again or a different one and can you download the episode(s) directly via your Sky Q box ?

Yes it's New Amsterdam again, they won't download remotely to sky q box.

No it fails on the box as well.
