Diwnloading issues help please

Ive been trying to download episodes of programme from sky go to my box,never had a problem with it b4,but now alls it says its queued. Tried it with 4 episodes and its just same. This has been for over 3hrs now. Dosnt even have delete at the side so i can delete it and try again. This has been since i swopped my broadband over to virgin from talktalk.Tried loads of other programmes etc but nothing. Any help would be gratefully appreciated as its driving me nuts. Thanks every1.
