Sky go
Hi I have a sky subscription and am able to watch sky go on my phone and iPad but when I try to watch on my MacBook Air it says I don't have a subscription. What am I doing wrong?

Are you signed in with the same ID as you are on your iphone and ipads, can you view the same content on them that you are trying to view on the Macbook ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
