Sky sports keeps on turning itself off with black screen and say waiting for programme to load. So frustrating

Had the same - in the end switched to watching via Sky Sports app on iPad & that works.

I have the same issue. Can view downloading the sky sports app on my phone, but it's not what you really want expect for the price you pay

Sky+ red button football not working keep getting technical issue have restarted my Sky Q box still not working.

I've watched the first half of Preston v Arsenal with no problems, I exited the app to check the other scores on Sky Sports News, now I can't get back in to the app to watch the second half.

DUG1 error message.
