Cannot watch Sky Sport +. Error DUG1

I've just had the same issue watching MUFC v LCFC.

Switched the Sky Box off using the remote, left it 30 seconds, switched bak on. All ok now👍

Same issue here. Sick and fed up of problems with Sky TV. No wonder they are in difficulty........cannot deliver on their contractual obligations and no explanation offered to customers although they are aware of the extent of this problem.

Same error code: DUG1 for me.

Works on my phone, but not from red button on Sky Sports 1 or Sky Sports+ channels.

Tried the App, tried accessing the game from the home screen.

Reset the box, reset the internet connection and no change.

Tried changing the display settings to 720p but no different so have reverted to 1080i now.

Last thing is software update which I'm trying now, but this is really....really poor and along with a number of other problems I've had lately is seriously testing my loyalty to Sky.

This has nothing to do with software, it's Sky at its best, my husband did not go to perform at his comedy gig tonight specifically to watch Man U and he lost money and Sky has let him down it's a joke

I have phoned, hung on for half an hour and have the answer.. DUG1 is a SKY issue... nothing wrong with your systems and it will not be sortex for about another hour. .. so watch it on the app and phone tomorrow for the £25 compensation they have just given me.. xx
