I am getting the attached error message on my main sky Q box when trying to watch any of the games on sky sports plus. Strangely on my mini box it is working (we wanted to watch two different games as support different teams). I have done a firmware update on the main box but still getting this error. The error code changes everytime I come out of it and go back in.

I was getting the same error for 45 minutes finally got manu on and it's half time now

I watched the whole first half. Came out for half time as watched Spurs. Now stuck with the error code too!

have tried via sky sports app on TV & link on Home Screen. 

any tips those that have got in? Works on phone app...

Same here. Trying to watch a game on sky sports + but an error code comes up 😩😩

You need to uninstall the app and reinstall skygo, I had the same issue and it is now working

I did have it rebooted everything I then silly me turned it off and now dug1 code it's completely gone so Chelsea are out me too I've had it wuth sky I could call them but I'd end up having a stroke!!!! I'm now on my tablet watching its been a complete disaster sky do u ever read here ?!!!!!!!

Mine has just started working. I went in and selected ultra HD. It said I'd already subscribed but when I tried app again it worked. May be a coincidence but worth a try
