Cannot download sky go to my MacBook air

am having extreme difficulty downloading the Sky go app to my MacBook Air it says it’s doing it then keeps going over and over the process and not downloading at all

Hi @JazzLady  this may be the issue !

 

Sky Go is available for download on MacBook Air through the Sky website. If you're on a newer MacBook Air with an Apple Silicon chip (like the M3), you might need to install Rosetta 2 first to ensure compatibility

I can't find Rosetta so looks like I won't be able to use it

Does the link I posted above where someone has posted step by step instructions not help ?
