Can't watch on ipad with sky go

I am being told I can't watch anything on my iPad using sky go app Tried to watch brassic series's on it but no good ended up watching it on Netflix which was ok Why is my sky go playing up

The message is Sorry, something went wrong You cannot watch this programme on your sky go app please check subscription allows you to watch on sky go app 50 -7 Now I am supposed to have sky go on my package As I pay them enough

The recording you are trying to view are they in HD or UHD as UHD ones do return this error I believe.
