SKY GO does not load on windows

I have just downloaded the Sky Go app from here: https://www.sky.com/watch/sky-go/all

When I install the application it keeps crashing and so it's completely unusable. 

I have tried redownloading the app and restarting my laptop but this does not work.

If the Sky Go app keeps crashing, try running it as administrator, clearing its cache (%appdata% → delete the Sky folder), updating your OS and drivers, or using compatibility mode. If issues persist, fully uninstall it with a tool like Revo Uninstaller before reinstalling. You can also contact Sky Support for known fixes or patches. I have the same issue. Tried all the fixes suggeted but getting no where. Does SKY have any solutions as they are the people we pay for this service.
