Hi all, I'm new to Sky! I placed an order yesterday morning (26/08/24) and was told to wait a few hours and I should be able to use Sky Go however I'm still getting the same error code 0-01 which I believe is a subscription error. I'm fully signed in with the correct credentials, it's connected to the account. I've not received my Stream puck yet but the guy I ordered it with over the phone said I would be able to watch Sky Go on my iPad in the meantime. I've tried speaking to Sky but to be honest they were no help! I've tried it on several devices and still nothing?! Disappointing really considering I was told it was a feature I was able to use while waiting.
Don't know when I will receive the puck and it's just showing it's been ordered, they said give it 24 hours but 36 hours later and nothing. Anyone else had this issue prior to getting their Puck/Glass TV?

What TV service have you ordered ?
