Can’t access tnt sports on sky go even though I pay full subscribtion to sky

I can access TNT sports on sky tv but when trying it in sky go it asks me to upgrade my package

If you pay Bt/tnt for access to the channels then you will not be able to use the Sky Go app so who do you pay for access ?

@FionaW11  Can you confirm that TNT sports is listed separately on your sky bill

yeh it shows separately on the bill as TNT sport £24 per month on my sky bill, thanks

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
