Can not see recordings in Sky Go app on my pc

Hi since we moved house i can no longer see my recordings tab in my sky go app on my pc,but my phone is working fine.We have tried rebooting both pc and sky q box and reinstaling the sky go app nothing will work,both are on the same network and in the sky go app setting i have set it to view my recordings but nothing works.

Can you help please.

Do you still have multiscreen as part of your TV package ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

Spent most of yesterday  doing that eevery  thing shows as connected but no option for recordings on sky go.
