This link explains the limits as it depends on what you have on your package and doesn't just apply to the TNT channels:

With Sky Go extra for 4 concurrent streaming, you must have Sky Go Extra and either Multiscreen or Sky Glass Whole Home sub on your account as with just Sky Go Extra you do get just the 2.
