Manage Devices error message

I want to add my daughter to my Sky Go account. When I go to Manage devices I get an error message which says there was an error loading the page. How can I fix this please?

You do not need to do anything on the manage devices page to get your daughters device added as all you need to do is to login on her device and it will then automatically register when she watches anything.

Thank you. That's so simple but I  could not find that help anywhere within Sky. The chat bot didn't even understand the question!
