Has you all know for months now ive not been able to get sky go on my windows 10 desktop,today i got it again,well what happened was last night i couldnt get into windows,so i had a friend come round,to have a look at it,they tried everything but no luck,so my friend said ,the only thing u can do is take it back to factory settings,so anyway i was reluctant to do that,but i said if thats the only way,so it was taken back to them settings,i downloaded the sky app again today and i can now get the sky go programes,the only thing i can think of what caused this ,is when my windows ten updated to a diferent version i couldnt get sky go,so now its gone back to how it was in the first place,i will just have to hope it dont update to another version,otherwise i will lose sky go again.
