new subscription

Hi 

Long story short, I have a sky glass and did have a subscription but need to start a new one myself.  

 

Having trouble finding what to do. 

 

I would like the cheapest package the £15 one but does the box work with the sky glass?.  I dont want to buy a new sky glass TV as I've already got one ?

 

Any help would be appreciated as going mad trying to work it out and Ai doesnt help, the sky chat doesnt open till tomorrow and when I call sky the number isnt reconginsed as it was it my husbands name.

You cannot restart a glass subscription online. You will need to call sky to do this.

 

They will be able to advise what your options are. But Sky now have two tiers Essentialsnand Ultimate. Channel list here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass
