I bought the pay per view Friday, the event recorded but there's 2 hours of a static card and then the main fight comes in at the end, no other fights on the main card shown. Terrible..

I had a message from Sky yesterday morning acknowledging the issue and saying I will not be charged for the event fyi

Hi, How did you get in touch with them to report the issue?

I didn't get in touch. I just received a text message from them yesterday 11am.

We are aware you had an issue with the UFC 324 TNT event last night on Sky Glass/Stream. We're sorry for this and will not charge you for this event.

I'm not on the glass service, and never got a message, I might call them later, thanks..
