Tele

I have no picture or sound on the my television I also have white and blue coloured lines going through the screen

Hi @Skyglass10 

 

Try unplugging it from the mains for at least 5 minutes. This should clear any software faults. If the lines across continue, you will need to speak to Sky and ask them to replace your TV under the 2 year warranty. We are fellow customers here on the community.
