I've bought ufc on tnt box office but sky glass won't let me watch it 

not even being provided with the option to watch it say put pin in to purchase then tells me I've already purchased it

can anyone help

It's happening to lots of people on sky glass. Sky have acknowledged a technical problem but there is no fix yet. I suspect we will just get a refund

I purchased and was watching ufc 324, I turned over to watch something else for a while until the main fight and now I can't ge it back. Every time I put my pin in essays I have already purchased. Articles say go to ch 490/494 but they aren't available. I am livid

Someone sent me the below in a message

"The @SkyHelpTeam on X has just posted a general update (around 2:05 AM) acknowledging that they are aware of a "technical issue" affecting Sky Glass and Sky Stream customers trying to access the UFC 324 PPV. They haven't provided a fix yet, but they have officially stated that their "technical teams are working on it as a priority"

I'm starting to see why people illegally stream stuff now! Because it's more reliable than official channels!!

I'm having the same problem. Have been watching all morning absolutely fine. Now it's kicked me out of the live stream. When I try and go back in it asks for my pin to purchase. When I enter my pin it says I've already purchased it. I can't watch it!

Same problem here, being told to put pin in to purchase but says event already purchased. Hopefully the fix is sooner rather than later.

I purchased ufc 324 a fight I've waited months for, just to be told all night that I have already purchased it and cannot access any of the fights.

My question is, how do I get a refund? This is the second time this has happened to me and I'm seriously considering getting rid of my sky products due to these issues with PPV events, as this was one of the big selling points for me when buying. "You will be able to purchase PPV events on your home screen", buy but not watch it seems.

I have the same issue, purchased box office but it's just playing the TNT box office screen for 2 hours now!!!

I've had the same issue. Bought it on TNT Box Office via the Sky remote (Sky Streaming I think?) last night to watch this morning and literally can't even find it to watch. When I searched it it only brought up discovery plus which wants me to pay again, and to add insult to injury it was brining up YouTube results with spoilers on as well 👍an absolute joke.
