I'm also having this issue. All HDMI ports. Reboot and power off for a few minutes has not resolved either.

I've had a similar issue with my firestick once where selecting the firestick hdmi caused the picture to flick back and forth between the firestick and sky Home Screen. I resolved this by pulling the power on the firestick and letting it boot back up

x box x not connecting to sky glass

Hello - help! I have looked through the threads and cant find an answer as to how to get the Sky Glass to recognise my X  Box X. We have tried all the HDMI inputs. made sure the recognise old devices is both on and off but nothing. It recognises a connection but that is it - screen remains blue and it mentions the compatibility?

Thank you for your help!

Glass HDMI Fault

Today my HDMI won't connect all been working OK until now. Selecting HDMI just flashed up on screen as if connecting but then reverts to the home screen.

1. Have restarted the TV

2. Have restarted the Apple TV

3. Have swapped out the Apple TV with a second unit

3. Have changed the HDMI cable

Apple TV's work fine on my LG OLED.

Seems a fault with Glass, could be software glitch or faulty connection at the HDMI port but not touched that in weeks.

Other than calling Sky with suspect faulty tv any ideas?

@Gincap

I been  experiencing some issues with my gen 2 and firestick this last week ..... when I try and switch to the firestick it flicks between the firestick and the Home Screen constantly until I pull the power on the firestick

there was a thread last week that posted on with another few users with the same issue

I will raise in the closed forum

Re: Tv glitch while selecting hdmi

@Jporch316

Thanks for update, don't understand this as there has been no Software update unless Sky has switched something in the background.

I am getting a bit fed up with Sky once again there are still so many glitches and with all the various app issues 🤨

There's not 2 days that pass where something isn't right  requiring faffing about to watch something. So annoying.
