Sky subscription
it is saying on the screen that I need to subscribe when I already have a subscription

What are you trying access when you are seeing that error?

My sky package deal, the TV, I was wanting to watch GMB as I do every morning but it say I have to subscribe when I already have a subscription, I am a new customer been with sky for about 3 weeks.

Try turning the TV off at the wall for a minute or two then power it back on and allow it to reboot. This might clear the glitch.
