Record ed the golf on Sunday which finished recording before the match had finished as it went to extra holes

You don't record on Sky Glass or steam. You add to a playlist and sky utilitise cloud recording. Issues like this can be reported to Skys viewer relations team: viewerR@sky.uk is their email address.

Hate when that happens! Check the channel’s catch-up or on-demand section — they often upload the full final round or playoff separately. YouTube might have it too.

As mentioned above,
Report it to VR, with the exact channel, date and time of the live broadcast.
There were a couple of similar cloud recordings of Sky Sports Tennis recently that had the end of the cloud recording missing.
A quick email to VR solved the issue for me in both cases, within a few hours.
Send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
