SKY Glass Issues

Hi new to this sort of thing,

 

This is day 2 ove ownership of sky glass and here are the issues that are frustrating me and having me think i have made the wrong move, and want to give it back

 

1. Set my sky glass tv up in main room at the moment very little issue, had to change some setting but thats just personal preference, i do think the picture quality is a bit wishy washy.

2. I have a small samsung tv in the kitchen, disconnected my sky q box and set up my sky puck, paired the remote, and for the last 2 days once turned on it works fine for about 20mins then starts to freeze, then black screen, then tells me there is a technical fault, then says there is no Wi-Fi connection, but my main sky glass tv is working fine and no issue with my Wi-Fi. This is frustrating the hell out of me as i do spend a lot of time in the kitchen during the day and not being able to watch tv, i am on the brink of sending it back after just 2 days even tho i have 31 days grace, i cannot watch a tv that keeps stopping or going blank.
