Sky glass picture

Hi I got my sky glass tv yesterday and no matter what I do I can't get the picture right. I've followed a few different YouTube videos and some stuff people have put in forums but it just remains too dark and a bit pixelated. When I make it brighter it just makes everything look too orange & red! Hope someone can help. Everything else seems to be fine but im disappointed with the picture. It was much better on my other telly & sky q

I think you will get used to it. We have.

I left ours on default when putting on a Dolby Vision programme and never reverted back.

I think the problem is that all other TV's are set up to be extra bright and extra vivid and we aren't actually used ro seeing content as intended.

If you really want to go the custom route, change the backlight so it is high and then put on something tgat is Ultra HD or Dolby Vision, that has lots of reds in it and play with levels until you are happy.

It seems I was sent a faulty set so getting a replacement sent on Wednesday! Fingers crossed this one works or it's back to sky Q for me
