@Helllpppp Might need to give a bit more details than 'Not working'. Is your Sky Glass TV powering on? Is it connected to the Internet?

Welcome to the community. We are fellow customers not sky. You will need to provide more information on why it's not working? Is this initial set up? Has it been working previously? Is it live Tv, on-demand or both? 

 

Who is your ISP? What broadband speed do you get? What speed does netflix say your getting?  (Go profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check).

 

Remember we know nothing about you or your set up unless you tell us!
