Not informed correctly

I spoke to Sky today, ordered sky glass. I wasn't informed there are 2 options to choose from. It seems ice been given Sky Glass Air abd no option given of Gen 2. Is it too late to change this. I'm not happy.

@LizzieVaughan did you not research what you were buying beforehand? Give Sky a call. You should be able to cancel your order and re-order the version you want.
