It had to be done. 
Surface Pro 8 via the Sky Hub instead of the Pod. 
WIFI 863 down. 107 up. 
Ethernet 886 down. 109 up. 

Unless Sky have upgraded me to Gigafast for no reason that doesn't make a lot of sense. 🙂

@splatto Yes gigafast that is, now the service checker will tell you for me FF500 for you expect to see FF900

The My Sky App Service Checker says:

Your package Full Fibre 500.

Speed to your hub. 903 Mb/s. 

I wonder if they're maybe testing  lines or something. I'll just have to keep an eye on it.

I checked the 30 day history. It only goes back 9 days to when I switched from Ultrafast Plus to Full Fibre 500.

For 7 days it ranged from 493 to 593.

Yesterday it was 883 and today 903.

@splatto All you can do is give it the once over check occasionally! See if it stays, been a few sky oops with the checker and reporting side so who knows!

Continuing to experiment. I ethernetted (is that a word? 🙂) the Powerline adapter into the Sky Pod instead of the router. I got the same 89mbs from Netflix that I did from the router.
