Sky glass offer

So Sky are offering to Sky Glass air for £4.25 pm instead of the usual £6 currently for the 43" for new and existing sky stream customers. I'll take that i thought. Called up, £6 they said, why I said. It's advertised for £4.25 for new and existing customers. That's me! No she said. New customers only.....that's not what the ad says! Any have any idea. If you Google Sky stream offer, you'll see the advert.

Note that this appears to rule out existing subscribers to both Sky Q and Sky Glass.

Re: Sky glass offer

@paulant adverts from big companies such as Sky often have attractive adverts/ prices  but the small print behind the advert reveal the terms and conditions which must be met.

Assuming you want/need another TV have a look at Argos... they are selling 43" QLED Freely TVs from £229.... which I think is cheaper than Air. Obviously you won't have Sky programming (unless you have a puck & wholehome) but you are good to go.

I have posted about a similar offer in the Superusers closed forum, I am a Q customer and have received the offer but the discount does not seem to apply if you follow the online journey.
