Itv keeps pixelating

Itv keeps pixelating Every other channel is fine. Every other live channel is fine apart from itv . Tried all the resets . Must be a problem at itv end

Yes it's happening to us on stv freezes pixelated and still doing the same today I have also tried to restart puck but still have the problem I know stv on freeview is working fine hope sky know about this problem

Sky glass tv gen 1 won’t work on STV it keep freezing and you need to reboot tv driving me mad.

I have had several problems with my stv channel 103

it keeps freezing, pixelated and now popping up with subtitles even when I've not requested them!! I've switched everything off at the wall but it's still the same

Same here in Caithness. Sky Glass gen 1 OS 1.3 build QS038.025.00P. STV channel 103 - glitches, pixelates and pauses picture...also randomly activates subtitles (when subtitles are turned off)

Addendum: just popped onto U&W and immediately noticed exactly the same...pixels, glitches and subtitles

Know there's been issues in the past with stv player try settings refresh apps or settings restart tv or turn everything off at wall including tv and broadband router and it will work

Anyone else having problems with ITV channel only picture freezing and breaking up and the subtitles randomly appear started happening this past week and is so annoying.

Hi @Giasinky  Although I have not personally experienced this with my Stream puck the subtitles turning on at random has been happening for a couple of weeks and has been reported and Sky are working on a solution.

Exactly the same issue for us. Makes STV unwatchable!!

It's live TV not the player.

We don't have the option of ITV1 so can't tell if it's a Sky issue or a transmitter problem.
