I can't sign my sky credit agreement

Hi all I can't sign my credit agreement it's just a blank screen every time I load it up this is the 3rd I had to do it I brought one last Friday and I didn't get the order confirmation so it got cancelled. Than on the next 2 times I can't load the credit agreement to sign all I want is my new sky glass air 65in can anyone help

If the later try using a different web browser.
