Re: HBO Max is Now Included in Most TV Packages!

Anyone actually able to get HBO working?  Followed everything but when I click the app it just says go to mysky to start streaming.  The Account is activated and I can log on to a browser on my laptop/phone - just seems Sky glass cant log in, or the app isnt set up right.

Hi @Doncorleone1 Yes, if you upgrade from HBO Max  Basic to Standard for the additional £5pm you will have an ad free subscription.

This Cord Busters article about HBO Max is interesting and worth looking at.

I have not been able to get into HBO Max at all - it goes to the my subscription page and then doesn'tallow you put your age or gender in. It won't allow you to skip this so you're stuck . Sort it out Sky for heavens sake.

Can’t sign in to HBO Max

Using Sky Glass can't sign in to HBO Max. If I use the continue button it goes to Choose Your Subscription screen and you can't go any further. It does exactly the same thing when you use the Get HBO Max button when opening the app. If tried using the sign in button and still not working.

Re: HBO Activation Isues

This whole switch over has been really badly managed by Sky/HBO.

The TNT access issues are so annoying when it coincides with a big weekend of Sport. Why on earth didn't they do the switch on a Monday?

I spoke to Sky twice and the staff were so poorly informed. First I was told that app access to TNT sports is no longer included. This was totally wrong.

I contacted HBO via their chat function and we spent an hour trying to get it to work.

Mysteriously at noon today my TNT content is finally available on the HBO App.

I wouldn't mind but they have spent months of emails and in program ads to tell us about it and then totally screw up the transition.

The TNT add on is a ridiculous £30.99 a month and I expect better service at that level of cost.

Try contacting HBO support. They were actually helpful and tried really hard to assist. They even emailed me to tell be that my account had been fully activated.
