Exchange sky glass

Has anyone ever exchanged their sky glass i got the 43 inch it's so small

@Jaki1964  There is no exchange available, if you are within the 31 day cooling of period you can cancel, return and re order the correct size 

otherwise it's a case of buying a second tv  whilst continuing to pay for the first if bought on finance

I have a 55 inch and it's too big for the room I have it in trying to do a swap with sky no joy yet finding some one to talk to is a major exercise

Ok thanks I thought that might be the case will have to stick with what I have as I am only just able to pay for what I have now so can't afford more on top hence the question about exchange thanks .

If you've had it less than a month then you can return the 55 inch model and buy a 43 inch model instead. It's a faff but it is possible. There'll be a £25 return fee for the 55 incher.

I have had it longer than that I thought I would love the big screen but I can't get used to it in a small room hence the question to change it for smaller version thanks .

I'm afraid you're out of luck then. The only alternative is to sell the 55incher and use the money you make to pay off the remainder of what you owe and then purchase a new 43 inch Glass TV on a new finance agreement. Unfortunately Sky Glass has a low resale value. There are 55 inch gen 2 Glass TVs on eBay for little more than £200 at the moment.
