Re: Black screen

I have the same problem.  Screen goes blank but sound stays.  Does this on all channels via Wi-Fi and also happens on Youtube.  I have done what other users have suggested by switching off at the wall, holding in the power button at the side until the led flashes.  This solves the problem only for a short time.  My TV is the Sky Glass Gen 2, and is less than one year old, so hopefully the warranty is still active.  Not happy that I am paying £14 per month for something that is not working as it should.

Hey. Thanks for that. Internet was fine. I had to reset the tv. Called sky and they talked me through it.  Tv is working fine now.

Re: sky glass problems

To the lady who said she was watching TV in her bedroom with a puck, try connecting the puck to the Sky Glass HDMI input and selecting the HDMI input on the Sky Glass menu screens. At least you will be able to leave your bedroom!

Re: Black screen

Yes it's a sky glass tv and now all the channels keep saying technical fault we could not load your programme even though there is no fault with internet connection

Have you checked the broadband speed the TV is actually receiving?

To do this, open the Netflix app and run a network check from the get help menu. This is the only way to find out the speed the TV is working with.
