Black screen no picture but sound Sky Glass

I have Black Screen, no picture but a faint light in background but there is sound. Any fixes or advice to fix already tried a hard reset but same issue?

Hi when I'm watching a program from the start when I get towards the end the screen goes black! It's been doing it everyday for about a week! It's driving me nuts as I don't get to finish the program 🙄 and it shouldn't be doing it right? 
anyone else experiencing this or can give me tips
