Adding second sky glass

I’m trying to add a second sky glass I bought from eBay to my account

I get as far as adding the code given on the tv to my account, then nothing happens

its like sky need to add the serial number of the tv to my account for it to work.

any suggestions

@MatthewHi  You need to call sky for assistance you can't do it on your own 

if you have not already got it you also need the whole home subscription

Was the Glass TV reset by the previous owner?
