Re: Sky Glass
Is it connected via WiFi or Ethernet to the internet?
Do you have networked standby mode set to ON and overnight power saving set to OFF in the settings?

Re: Sky Glass
Since posting I have connected via ethernet but still the problem persists. Network standby is "on" Overnight Power "off" any solutions greatfully received.

When you switched over to ethernet, did you also disable the WIFI in the settings. If you don't the device will tend to use Wifi rather than ethernet if both are setup.
Also, its always worth rebooting the device once disabling the Wifi as well.
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.
