Maybe this not worth mentioning but those channels on Xumo App are now on TV Guide from 1001 to 1024 on epg

@NowImGrumpy What do you expect Sky to say? They've said they are investigating the fault. These things take time to sort, so as annoying as it is, patience is needed.

 

As for compensation, I would guess it depends how long it takes to resolve as to whether Sky give anything for it. I don't remember ever getting money back on my TV licence when the BBC had technical faults in the 70's and 80's. It happens.

@David1009  There seems to be an issue with all sky sports channels at the moment hence why you might be seeing the message, see you link posted by @Anonymous for reference

Can't get sky sports racing

I can't access sky sports racing it is telling you me I have to subscribe but I have subscription so what do I do .I have rung sky no answer for an hour ( ridiculous)

Accessing sky sports channels

I have just renewed my Sky account today, which includes sky sports channels but I can not access any of the channels. 2nd of July was end of contract but I have received an email confirmation of renewed contract. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to view these channels.

Sky sports channels back working

sky have now put a thing on sky glass and SkyStream on the main menu about the sky sports. If you're experiencing problems then unplug the device for 30 seconds and plug it back in and they work hope this helps. Pete
