OK thank you

Do you have a glass tv ?

Re: sky glass tv

No ... I'm just interested in Glass TVs but prefer to buy better quality TVs that cost less🤔

The present Glass TV could be an option if their price was dramatically reduced to make them better value for money, although I place the quality of the TV above that😉

The Sky warranty on the Glass television set is for two years.  What you are describing is symptomatic of inadequate wireless connectivity rather than a faulty set.

What does 'fine' mean? Sky Glass will not function with any reliability without a fast and stable broadband connection. Sky recommend a minimum of 30Mbps, but ideally you want it to be faster than this in order to cope with speed fluctuations caused by other devices in your home using the network.

What are you checking it with? Is that using the Netflix speed check on the Glass TV itself? It's the only way to find out the speed being received by the TV itself, not any other device such as a mobile phone in the vicinity of it.
