Have you tried rebooting them both? Turn them off at the wall for a minute or two then power back on and allow them to restart.
Also check your broadband network. Are your devices connecting via WiFi or ethernet? Give your router a reboot too using the same 'off at the wall' method.

What speeds are you getting at the Glass Tv? Open Netflix app and go to settings to find the speed test, this will tell you the speed the TV is receiving.
Anything less than 20mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD will cuase issues.
