i ordered sky class and signed a credit agreement and it was delivered on monday but faulty and didnt turn on so was taken away and now when i call sky to ask about the replacement they are saying i need to cancel he order and sign up for a new credit aggreement? surely they can just replace the faulty product ?

I guess the issue may be that the delivery wasn't completed and so the set never became 'yours' to be replaced.
